Did you all start at the lake on Wednesday?  are you their again this week or meeting at the leisure centre?

Been Speaking to Nicky.  What would you prefer to do tonight Lake or Pool swim.  Could you post your replies ASAP so we can arrange with Phil

Training is on at the lake tonight

Be their at 6:30 for a 6:45 start followed by a run session afterwards.

Can you let as many people as you can know.
