Wensleydale full cheese triathlon
A belated news note to congratulate all teams and individuals that entered wensleydale full cheese on Sun 10th August. The weather conditions turned out to be pretty bad on the day with a swollen and rough semer water that had the swim course shortened to 400m and a bike and run course which can only be described best in our club treasurer's Paul "kamikaze" Cammock's words as "an ordeal".
Congratulations to all on a good day with some good results too !

Last but not least a fine individual performance from the club secretary Paul Cammock coming in 26th overall in individual category.

1st place. Arthur Gregory - for daring to turn out in those running tights. Will never forget'em!
2nd place. Jim Croft - for going out with next to now't on up shunner fell!
3rd place. The bus driver - for spitting his dummy out because he couldnt get home early!
